Neil E. Shook Scholarship
The Indianapolis Bar Foundation has established a scholarship to honor a former Rubin & Levin partner, Neil E. Shook, who passed away from Lou Gehrig's Disease in 2003. One of the first partners in the firm, Neil assumed a leadership role in the community and the local bar association. The Indianapolis Bar Foundation awards this scholarship in memory of Neil, a past president of the Indianapolis Bar Association.  It is awarded to a second-year law student based on academic proficiency, interest in creditors' rights and bankruptcy law, financial need, exceptional leadership skills, demonstrated commitment to excellence, and promotion of civility in the legal profession.
