How I Help

Communication, creative solutions, and persistence are key to the practice of law, particularly in the areas of litigation.

Although options for asset recovery abound, it is important to understand the application, efficiency, and possible consequences of each to the specific facts involved in a case. Whether through suit or settlement agreement, I assist clients in protecting their interests through a carefully considered, cost-effective approach which reviews the risks and rewards and maximizes recovery.
