Courtney M. Gaber

 

Courtney M. Gaber is an associate attorney at Rubin & Levin, P.C..  Courtney focuses her practice in commercial disputes and claim recovery and advises lenders, manufacturers, distributers, suppliers, retailers, and various creditors in a variety of matters including litigation, warranty issues, and breach of contract.  Courtney actively assists clients with navigating through the legal process of filing claims, obtaining judgments and collecting judgments to obtain maximum recovery in a timely and efficient manner.

Courtney earned her Bachelor of Science in Business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in 2001.  During college, Courtney was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity and the Alpha Lambda Delta Honors Society.

Courtney graduated from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, in 2004.  While in law school, she received the Bronze Level Award for her participation in the Pro Bono Program.

From 2003 to 2005, Courtney worked as a law clerk and then as an associate attorney for Robert W. York & Associates. Prior to joining the Firm as an associate in 2021, she dedicated fifteen years of her career to a revenue cycle company and provided legal services to a number of hospitals in the State of Indiana.

Courtney is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana, and the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
