How I Help

I believe that when a client entrusts a matter to an attorney, they deserve the attorney’s prompt attention and commitment to their matters. This translates into addressing client matters promptly, responding quickly to emails and phone messages, and providing a timely turnaround of the tasks at hand.

In my practice, I want each client to feel like they are my only client. I believe that it’s important to take the time to explain matters to a client in a non-legal way so that they can understand the issues and make the decisions that will be best for them.
Real estate purchases, sales, and related matter can simultaneously involve substantial assets, risk, and opportunities. It is critical, therefore, that real estate matters be handled carefully to maximize the benefits flowing therefrom, and to minimize risk.

With many years of legal practice, I offer clients the experience needed to handle their real estate matters effectively and efficiently. When unforeseen matters arise, I can also advise them of solutions and strategies to consider consistent with their objectives based upon this experience.
