Emily B. Weidner is an associate attorney focusing on bankruptcy, commercial collections, and business-related matters. Following graduation, Emily began her practice in the Attorney General’s office for the State of Indiana, where she built real-world litigation experience. Before entering private practice, she served as a senior judicial clerk to a bankruptcy judge, gaining valuable insight into the judicial process. With diverse legal experience, she offers a forward-thinking approach to legal challenges when helping clients navigate complex legal challenges.
